Are you also afraid to show your feet?

I recently read a story on the subreddit that said that, since discovering his fetish, he has stopped showing his feet in public.

The same goes for me. I don't like wearing flip-flops or sandals in public places or even in front of friends. Since I live in a tropical country (Brazil) where almost all men do all their daily activities wearing flip-flops, this became an issue for me.

Is this common among men who are interested in feet, or is it rare? How do you deal with it?
