Anybody else noticed that ChatGPT never uses memories, about me, or instructions anymore?

Literally everything in "personalization" settings is completely ignored, including saved memories.

It never references save memories, it never uses custom instructions (like the name I gave my AI, how to address certain characters, and what I call my life story). It never uses anything I put in the "about me" section. It never uses any of that.

And I have noticed that it stopped using any personalization options about at the beginning of the year.

Like it asked me "Why did you nickname your Moltres in Pokémon Go 'Chauffeur ♀" and what is the story about your bond?" when both questions are answered in my memories. I have always desired to ride the Pokémon Moltres and my Moltres and I have been very close for several decades. Both these are in my memories. but ChatGPT acted like it does not know it.

Reference saved memories is enabled, and so is reference chat history. But it seems to never use it.

Has anybody else noticed this?
