Bought 2 WD240PURP and UNVR is saying both are at risk of failure. Common?

Ordered two Western digital 24TB purple pro HDDs from B&H and installed both this afternoon and I'm getting this error for both in my UNVR console:

UniFi has detected a failure in the drive’s health monitoring system (SMART). Replace this disk with a supported 24.0 TB HDD as soon as possible before an unexpected failure results in a data loss. Learn More

Is this a known issue? Can't initialize storage because both drives are failing.
