need to go back to school, what program would you recommend? the world is my oyster

Im 23, i graduated from uni last june with a degree in international relations. Social science soft skills degree, most of the people i know who finished the program are going for their masters, i have no real interest. In fact I just chose this program as a stepping stone into law school that fell through. Now i've been having trouble finding work and my parents suggested I go back to school to learn something more hands on. I live in Toronto, Canada, and my passions are music and art, so when it comes to careers i'm really only looking for something stable and pays well enough. What program or career path would you recommend to someone going back to school, for say a 1-2 year program or such. Keep in mind, I didn't take grade 12 math and science courses, law school lol what was I thinking.
