Sharp pain 6 weeks post op?

Just curious if anyones had similar. My digestion has been insane the last 2 weeks and cant decide what it wants to do. My pain is generally gone, it comes and goes at times but has been showing up more burning deeply in my left side and also sharp random stabbing pain in my stomach. Im not sure why as my mals pain was never really sharp. Hoping anyone has similar experience...thanks
