Am I (33F) delusional for expecting sexual acts with my bf (34M) to be reciprocated?

I (30F) feel that sexual acts should be reciprocated and not one sided. Recently my bf (30M) shared that he believes sometimes things can be one sided, like giving him head, and that it’s healthy. It’s bothered me for a long time due to my own experiences and also just not enjoying it. I also would not expect him to go down on me and not return the favor. We just got into a huge fight over it and I’m at my wits end because it feels like I’m crazy or delusional for expecting this. Recently our sex life has taken a turn where we’re only javingsex maybe twice a month due to work and stressors. We also agreed to have sex this weekend, which is why it bothered me so much that he expected heh as but claimed he “wasn’t in the mood for sex.”
