Hearing getting better then declining on steroids?

I lost a lot of hearing in my right ear Wednesday morning when I woke up, immediately Googled, and was in the ENT’s office at 9am, thanks to this sub

I started 60MG of prednisone starting Thursday and my hearing has come back. Friday and Saturday my hearing was 90% back (if I had to guess. I don’t see the ENT again until next week). But today it kind of feels like my vertigo is coming back a bit and the ear feels full again. Has anyone had this happen? I’m terrified of losing it again!
