IUD removal anxiety

Hello everyone! I am getting my IUD removed in two days and I am so anxious because the insertion was the most painful thing I had ever experienced in my life. I’ve had it for almost 3 years now and I experience almost daily pain from it. I will be switching to nexplanon.

Any words of wisdom, advice, or words encouragement?
