Need a recommendation

Hello guys, to give background, looking to cut down on snacking and keep me occupied and decided that was gonna be tea. I liked the tea I was sipping on during dimsum which lead me down to looking for a Puerh. I was looking around Amazon for a tea cake to purchase, and would follow that up with a Google search on that tea, which lead to forums and other reddit posts saying how trash that tea is, and how nobody should buy tea from them. Anyway long story short, is Amazon tea cakes really that bad? If so where can I get some acceptable quality ones that won't break the bank, and I can just throw in a thermos grandpa style? Im not looking for the most immaculate taste. Just something that keeps me busy, and doesn't make me feel like im drinking hot water.
