Back at it again 1 baby and a few years later

I’m a 5ft 5 female, since I was a teenager have always hovered around 155-160 with trying to stay in a calorie deficit, tracking macros, and occasional workouts. I never felt super confident at that weight and always felt like I was working so hard all the time to have the most mid body ever.

January 2022 - I read 4 hour body for the first time. I decided why the hell not try it. Really just wanted to lose about 10lbs and feel better in my skin. Fast forward 3 months, I was down to 147 and felt AMAZING. Had my hot girl summer and kept the weight off.

January 2024 - I got pregnant. Got up to 190 at my heaviest. Did not diet. Had my baby, got back to 165 pretty quick and stayed stuck there. Forgot all about slow carb and 4 hour body for years.

January 2026 - Ready to start feeling like myself again. Started tracking calories and trying to stay in a calorie deficit while hitting the gym 3x a week and jogging occasionally.

February 2026 - Still stuck at 165. Started restricting calories even more. Scale doesn’t budge.

March 2026 - I suddenly remember 4 Hour Body and download it on my library app. We are so back. I’m 3 days into it and already feeling amazing. I remember why this works and am hopeful that I can get back to around 150. I know my body isn’t the same after growing a human, but I’m ready to start feeling more confident in my skin.
