Newly found .mp4 files

i've been making programs to scrape the doj dataset's pdf files , then became aware there are also .mp4's to find too, but arent easy to locate.

so I've now switched over to working on ways to find the missing .mp4 files and make tools for that.

so far in dataset 10 i've found 589 valid .mp4 links.
i have them listed on a discussion page in my repo/github

wasnt sure if i should put ~600 links in one reddit post. (i'm a reddit newb so i'm not up familiar with procedure here) so I just linked the git page w/ them.
