Make-x interface not popping up on runelite

Im having an issue with a plugin called fixed mode hide chat which makes it so i can be in fixed mode with a full screen without the chat box taking up a quarter of the screen. Whenever im trying to make something the make-x interface is no longer automatically pops up so i have to manually press the chatbox to use the interface. Its creating issues where i need it to work properlly like in barbarian assault i was unable to spam the fire button on the queen so my team couldnt kill it on first attempt. If i clicked the fire button the interface would disappear. Please help me come up with a solution or bug fix.
