Random stutter after upgrading to RTX 5060 Ti (Z690 + i7-12700KF)

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded from an RTX 3050 to an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB (Gigabyte Eagle OC).

My system:

•	CPU: i7-12700KF

•	Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690M DS3H DDR4

•	RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200 MT/s (XMP enabled)

•	PSU: AeroCool Lux 750W

•	OS: Windows 11

•	Driver: Latest Game Ready (clean install with DDU)

I get random micro-stutters:

•	In YouTube (Chrome and Edge)

•	In games (including Cities Skylines 2)

•	Sometimes audio crackles briefly
