For most of my life I’ve been fascinated with dreams. Why we see them? Why we can’t control them? And why we’re taught to wildly ignore them?

Some dreams are scary. While others are just plain weird. Yet some of them hold deep emotional depth and recurring patterns.

After tracking my own dreams for years, I started noticing something strange:

certain symbols seemed to repeat across different dreams and emotional states.

For example:

  •	Water often reflected emotional states

  •	Falling or dying in dreams often coincided with losing clarity or direction in waking life

  •	Pure steady water often showed up during peaceful or breakthrough periods in life.

Eventually I started mapping these patterns into a system based on color and symbolism — kind of like a psychological spectrum.

The idea is simple:

Dreams communicate through symbolic frequencies and emotions rather than literal language.

Instead of trying to interpret dreams randomly, I started looking at them through a spectrum of meaning, similar to how a single light source contains many colors. I called this “Prisma Colorís” — a framework about Light and Color.

When you view dreams this way, they stop feeling random and start looking more like messages from your subconscious about your current state of mind.

It’s not about predicting the future or anything mystical. Everything is holistically mapped based on my personal experiences with myself and others. It was more like decoding my own inner feedback loop and comparing it to others.

Some people journal their dreams.

Others analyze them through psychology.

This is more like reading them through symbolic light.

I’m curious though:

What dream symbol appears most consistently in your dreams?

Water? Falling? Flying? Darkness? Light?

Would love to hear patterns other people have noticed. If you’re curious about my work. You can experience it first hand by test driving it in a trial period.
