Is it okay to use acrylic/brush paint on top of a spray painted PLA item?

I spray-painted a 3D-printed PLA item with Rust-Oleum and it is pretty much fully cured and dry. is it fine if I add some detail using some acrylic paint with a brush on top of it? will it still be fine?
