Antique Milk Glass chandelier

I am rewiring an antique chandelier with a painted milk glass shade. Would anyone have any information related to its age, potential manufacturer, replacement parts. Specifically, I want to add a second light to the chandelier which would require another gravity hook/hanger to support the additional light. I am attaching pictures of the shade. It is in immaculate shape.
