Packing timeline?

We have a full kitchen remodel set to start on 5/1. It’s a small house and we are also replacing all the flooring in the open plan living room, dining area, and a small bedroom, as well as painting it all. I’ve already gotten a lot of great ideas and advice from this sub, and I was wondering if anyone could give me a realistic idea of how long it actually took to go through and pack up the entire kitchen (and in our case get living and bedroom surfaces cleared off and easy to move).

We’ve been in the house for 24 years and even though I clutter clear regularly I’m starting to realize we will be packing up most of the house for all intents and purposes. Thanks for any tips.
