2017 GT350 vs SS 1LE

Hi folks, currently own a 2010 Camaro SS. Love this car very much.

My Camaro just hit 110k miles, and while I could put some money down to elongate its life.. I would prefer trading it in and spending money on a newer ride. I have 2 in mind, one I have found and the other I am willing to wait until I find.

1. 2017 GT350 ~49k miles, ~$47,000

2. 2017+ SS 1LE. Seeing these under 40k miles for around $40,000

I am aware of the issues with Gen 1 Voodoo, sounds like it’s mainly oil consumption? I take care of my cars so I would definitely keep an eye on it. But my concern is that buying this car with its reliability issues when it’s already at 49k miles, might be a little silly.

As for the SS, there’s no concerning reliability issues there from my bit of research there. I know the alpha chassis is superior, but also i’m not planning on tracking these cars. It feels wiser to wait for a good deal ($40,000 for under 40k miles).

Planning on keeping these cars for the next 5-10 years, mostly some spirited driving and to be used as my daily.
