Male, late 20s. Get big pupils, crazy look and needing to blick and open eyes wide to focus vision properly. Why? Does it go away? I didn’t with fluoxetine, could any ssri or snri not do this?

I get this reaction with fluoxetine citalopram and even non ssris like prucaloprid - all they have in common is that they affect serotonin. also happens with buspirone. I didn’t go away with fluoxetine after months, citalopram didn’t go away but did only a week.
