Seeking Job in Dubai

Assalamu alaikum brothers.

I was working for 4 yrs in a major MNC in India as HR travelling throughout India as work demands(50k₹ was my salary) , it was comfortable but I left bcz after living in city I realised I lost my faith, hardly prayed living with Non-muslims(I absolutely love em but I needed a Muslim influence to redeem myself, an environment that reminds to pray) so I left that job, I am in Dubai now seeking Job but still couldn't find, the process seems to be very hard here I got only 10 days left in my visa.. I request brothers who have connections please refer me.

Also I got sister back home whome I need to help financially to get her married and old parents, u know how it is.

Some here even connected with me to get a job only to ask 1500 AED for that role which I think is a scam.

Anyway brothers all I ask is please help me get a HR job which pays at least 4k or above as my financial condition demands it. I am first in my house to leave country, I can't go back and disappoint my mom, she sent me with so much hope. I heard refferals works the most here, I even applied in Noon(for onboarding role) if anyone has connections with HR here for the same please help me.
