AirPods won’t connect

This morning I woke up and my left AirPod wasn’t connecting, the right one was. I forgot the device and I have been unable to pair for hours. I’ve charged it for an hour, cleaned it, shut off updated and restarted my phone multiple times, held the back button for multiple timeframes, pressed the back button with the lid open and closed, not even a pop and nothing shows up in the Bluetooth menu. Even tried it with my iPad, nothing. If I open it with both AirPods and it blinks white, if I take out the left one it keeps blinking white, if I take out the right one it turns green then no light, and the back button has done absolutely nothing. If someone has some kind of fix for this, I’d greatly appreciate it.
