Weekend tapping, how much sap per tap per day?

I’m just starting to get into tapping. I don’t have land or a lot of time as I’m in school so I want to make a weekend tapping trip. My current plan is to take a long weekend up north Wisconsin and tap a few trees but only for 2-3 days. I’ll be camping while up there and am wondering about how to prepare and what I could realistically expect per tap per day?

First time doing this, my plan is to get 5gal pails and set them on the ground then have a tube running to the tap. I’ll then collect it at the end of the trip and put it in a 55 gallon drum to take home and evaporate. Also how long can sap sit in the bucket before collecting? I’m thinking 15 taps maybe
