how many calories are in bloodloss????

Lmao at my worst in college I remember googling this after getting blood taken, trying to see if I could eat a tiny bit more based on the caloric cost of my body replenishing like 3 vials of blood 🤣🤣😭

Currently on a 1200-1500 cal diet with doctor supervision and this sub keeps me fucking sane
