Starting Out With Orks - What Is The Silliest/Most "Random" Detachment?

Oi oi fellow gitz

I've been collecting & playing 40k for a couple of years now, but have found the more "meta," competitive side of the game is not really for me. I've always preferred games to lean into the silliness and to have a good laugh at the ridiculous situations that emerge during a game, so Orks seem like by far the best army for that

But my question is, which detachment is the silliest? Looking for the maximum number of random things I.e. random weapon profiles, random abilities as well as ridiculous strats or enhancements, or just style of play that leans the least-serious
