India Marriage certificate - UAE Attestion?

Copied below my India marraige certificate which has notary attested and waqf board stamped, now requires UAE Attestion for my wife's dependent visa. Previously i've used the same certificate for UK visa and can i do the same for UAE Attestion without any stamping? Currently i am in uk, can't apply with UAE attestion with this status uk uae embassy? does it required india embassy attestion also? Arabic transalation?
