how do u make makeup waterproof?

im a guy and ive started wearing tinted sunscreen a few months ago. ive switched to waering sunscreen and skin tint but i wanna know how i can make it waterproof and sweatproof as i live in a humid climate. ive heard that u should use primer, powder and spray but that seems like a lot. do i use one of them or all of them??
