BJP politician has taken my parking spot. How to diffuse this situation?

Hi I live in a very good area in prayagraj. At this particular hour I have been living with my family for past 26 years. At front of my house there are 2 parking spots which is used by my father and one of the tenant. I mostly live in gurgaon but when I come home I park my car at the front of one of my neighbours.

Now the problem is that neighbour has allowed me to park but there is this newly constructed house by this BJP neta who has not only parked several vehicles in front of his own house but is also taking my parking spot. Even the neighbour is not able to say anything because de doesn’t want to speak against BJP neta.

I want sincere advice on how to handle this situation. Should I park somewhere else as the parking spot is not directly infront of my house?
