Mouse and keyboard not working on KVM-A3 kit

Hi all,

I set up last week my piKVM with the A3 kit. Everything is working fine except the mouse and keyboard.

At first I though it could be because I was testing it on a USB C laptop, so I was using a USB hub. But today I tested it directly using the provided data USB C - USB A cable into a USB A laptop and mouse and keyboard are not working.

When I connect the USB A to the laptop, I see an error message saying "USB device not recognized"

Any idead on what is going on and how to solve it?
