If I free up one of these slots, does that prevent me from re selecting the same team/driver?

I completely maxed out my $100m before the Australian GP.

Now most of what I have has gone up in price.

So if I free up my Ferrari slot, to have a gander at another team, I’m worried I won’t be able to reselect Ferrari as it’ll cost $0.3m more.

Would this be true?
