I've been relying on one job board for years. It's not working anymore and I don't know how to fix it without losing my mind.

LinkedIn was my everything. Post it, boost it, wait for applications. Simple. Repeatable. Done.

And for a while it worked well enough that I never questioned it.

Then slowly, quietly it just stopped performing the way it used to. Fewer applications. Worse quality. Roles sitting open way longer than they should. Same process, completely different results.

So people started suggesting other platforms. ""You need to be everywhere now"" became the advice I kept hearing.

Cool. Great. But also I have 6 open reqs, a hiring manager breathing down my neck, and approximately zero extra hours in my week.

The idea of logging into 5 different platforms, reposting the same job, checking each one separately, tracking applications across all of them, following up in different inboxes it genuinely stresses me out just typing that.

There has to be a smarter way to do this. Multi-board posting without it becoming a second full time job.

Do people use aggregators? Some kind of ATS integration that pushes to multiple boards at once? How are you actually managing this without everything falling through the cracks?
