Do I need Bonjour mdnsNSP.dll ?? On windows.

So when ever there is an update, or every once and a while, when I open On1 Windows11 wants to allow Program Files\Bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll and windows 11 blocks it and wants me to allow it.

Now my reading tells me that Bonjour is related to Mac computers and compatability with MACs. I will never use a MAC. I have never allowed this program as I don't see the point. Should I just permanently block it and step it from nagging me. Or does it do something else that I'm unaware and allow it.

Please advise.
