Typical bonus 賞与 payout, especially in automotive companies.

If a company says XYZ 万円 bonus on their offer letter, how much % of that is paid out in a normal year? Like is it safe to assume that on a normal year I can expect at least 80% of the bonus to be received?

I am applying for a job at Japanese company for the first time and would like to get an idea of this so that I can plan accordingly.
