Sophie Davis/CSOM Questions

Just wondering if anyone knows if, by how many (%?), getting and finishing an interview with SD/CSOM improves acceptance chances? I already had my interview back in early February but after seeing so many people starting to commit from my school, I’m just so eager to know what happens on April 1.

Also, if anyone knows, how does the admissions team (at any BS/MD, but spec. SD/CSOM) know how your interview went? My interviewers didn’t really take any notes during the interview or wrote anything down, so how would they distinguish me from everyone else? Is there any system? Or list they do before they call you/pick you up for your interview?
