Want to understand job market in UAE in tech

I secured an offer for AI role in a company based in Dubai before Iran conflict. All my document processing was done for relocation and I received visa in 4th week of Feb. company was suppose to send flight tickets with 2 weeks of accommodation.

I didn’t hear anything from HR till 9th March so I decided to call her and ask the update. She said they are monitoring the situation, and they will let me know by 15th March, whereas my joining date is 23rd March.

I clearly asked her if the company is planning to roll back the offer because flights have resumed and they can book it, and I don’t have problem in travelling, to that she mentioned they need to find hotel and need time, this raised my concern.

Do I have any legal options if they decide to roll back my offer? Or should I start applying for jobs?

It’s tough to find job from outside UAE, and I don’t want to lose this opportunity. Any insight, advice or referral is appreciated.
