Vulken gets stuck on loading forest (recently)

Been playing beamng for a while and usually of dx11 i used to play a lilttle on vulken too but recently i wanted to try vulken again but it gets stuck on loading forest not to mention the long load times even on grid. Which is odd cuz on dx11 it loads quite fast in under 3 min,
Specs :rx6600
r5500
b450
basic ssd for the game

i dont know if this is just a me issue or if someone else is also experiencing this issue
Note : not exactly looking for a fix cuz ive tried almost everything just looking if someone else has had the same prob
