iCloud horror mess up help

Bro I finally recovered all my old phones photos because I got the battery of the iPhone replaced, but it started syncing once I found a wifi connection. Huge error and all of my photos started disappearing and could not be recovered (I think at least).

Now something has happened where my files and photos have all synced and I can’t get access to the original ones WHYYYYYY

IS THERE ANY WAY I can recover it or did they all just remove themselves forever 😭😭😭this is not fair at all
