What would be a reasonable value minimum for a house that was 70k+ bucks?

I have an abandoned pool house I made that costed at least 70k bucks (its been a little while so I dont know exact, but I started building it with 50k then got 30k more bucks later on to finish the build), I want to trade it but Im not sure what a reasonable value minimum would be
