Priority Recruitment

Has anyone had success in the EOI applications? I started receiving the EOI again saying that I have been matched to the school but I feel so discouraged after getting rejected so much last year. This could be because I didn't have an unconditional approval to teach at the time.

I have spoken to some teachers and they got it through EOI, but believe that they have worked for at least a year before getting offered the position. I'm so confused how do you actually get the position as a grad if you can have the same priority date as someone else.

For context, I am a primary school teacher.
