Are there any generally recommended optimization mods for SH2 remake?

My setup:

RTX 5060ti Ryzen 7 3700x 16GB Ram Game is on an SSD that's got lots of room to spare

My frame rate is kind of all over the place. Sometimes it feels like it's below 10FPS (especially when the fog got all windy before you have to get to the apartments at the beginning of the game), but most of the time it's fine. Sometimes it randomly runs at 144fps.

I turned off Vsync and turned on NVIDIA DLSS but idk what else to do. I heard the game is super poorly optimized so are there any mods that fix that?
