Am I going crazy or did I claim Dire Commendation twice?

I'm pretty sure I claimed it the first time and even remember rerolling one of my Skirk's flowers with it. Then I kept grinding and spending more resin in Stygian and after a while I was able to claim another feather form Dire Commendation.

I thought it was a one time thing, so I googled it and it confirmed that it is in facta one time thing (per stygian).

Yet I was able to claim it twice? Did they change it or am I going crazy?
