Turning boring documents into interactive training with AI

Something I’ve noticed in many teams and study environments is that long documents are almost never read.

Onboarding PDFs, internal guides, study notes… the information exists but people rarely go through everything.

So I started experimenting with a simple idea:

what if a document could automatically become a small training course?

The system takes a document and generates:

• structured lessons

• key concepts

• quizzes to reinforce understanding

Instead of reading a 30-page document, you go through a short learning flow.

I built a small prototype to test the idea and it’s been interesting to see how well it works on things like onboarding docs or internal processes.
