How bad is Heidelberg Heights?

My partner and I have just signed a lease to move to Heidelberg Heights (close to Rosanna) and after reading some posts on Reddit I’m feeling a bit worried about moving there. We’re moving from an inner city suburb that’s pretty quiet and not a lot of shady characters, I feel safe here and now I’m experiencing quite a lot of stress about moving.

I have bought secruity sensors for the doors on the new place and will try my best to ensure the house is secure but can anyone tell me their experience of living there and what I should look out for? Is it really that bad? (Am I going to be stabbed 😂)
