Can you play MTG Commander with two people.

So, I play tabletop with my sister, and I want to start playing Commander. We already built decks for full commander, but I don't want to have to go to a card shop a lot to be able to play games. I would like to continue playing tabletop, and with full commander decks, but I don't mind bending some rules since I'm playing tabletop. Should I change any rules, and if so which ones, or can I leave the game as is and just play. If anyone's wondering, we're playing [Emet-Selch, Unsundered] and [Hylda of the Icy Crown]
