Puppy regressing and wanting to eat everything off the ground.

3 month old female pomeranian. Since everything has started melting outside she has regressed on potty and leash training and just wants to eat everything off the ground ESPECIALLY if its horrible for her. I have started giving her more roaming privileges of the house as she did well with potty training but now she screams and cries if I have to put her in her playpen if I cant watch her (RE: wants to eat everything that will harm her). This is my first dog and I'm starting to wonder if I should scale back her roaming privileges again until she's even older.

I have already had an emergency vet visit because of her eating things off the ground. Its bordering obsessive because keeping her attention is so hard. Please tell me she will outgrow this😭😭😭
