Is my PC cooked? Does it have a virus?

Recently my pc developed a bug where if I type certain letters a combination of letters appear "O" -> "oi" L -> "kl" and "9" -> "89".

This literally developed a few days ago.

Initially yesterday I pegged it to a dirty keyboard but when I woke up and initially booted my pc I had no issues. Then only after a bit of being on (10-20 minutes) did it redevelop the same bug. This makes me feel that it's not a bug but maybe a keystroke logger or something.

Am I mistaken? Or am I correct?

Any clarity on the situation would be greatly appreciated.
