How many jars of Charlie sauce from RecipeTin Eats do you currently have in your fridge?

I just made a fresh batch of Nagi’s 'Charlie' (all purpose stir fry sauce) from RecipeTin Eats. It’s supposed to last weeks, but I find a way to put it on everything from broccoli to old shoes. Do you keep a stash, or do you make it fresh every time? It's so delicious I can't help but use it all the time for most of my recipes.
