Advice regarding Property from Father:

Good evening Sir/Madam, I am really sorry to ask some questions here as I felt this page would guide me, if you could help me out someway to understand the part, I would be highly Grateful for giving your valuable time. 🙏 I am 19(M), describing the history, Since my Mom and Dad's marriage, my Mom had to adjust with so called Husband, who only prioritises his relatives but not family. Mom said that he was mentally and physically tortured since then when I was not born. After that, Mom made me do her scissors in a private hospital and from then every struggle of her life starts. The hospital bill to today's chappati which I ate, is all being payable by Mom. My mom is a govt. Employee, in 2019, she took me and left the house of my father, as my father always disrespected her by saying slangs and probably forced S*x (what she said in one Controversy). We lived in a rented apartment from 2019 to 2021 and then, my mom bought her a Flat with her a loan. She had strong GPF statements (which she disclosed as she trusted me), but she doesn't want to invest that directly to loan repayment. So she will use PPF for that after it get matures. Outstanding amount is 14L. I am completely dependent on my Mom. Complete study, my clothes and every care she provides me. I love my mom and lost all respect towards my dad back in 2019 only. I am a NEET aspirant and will go to college this year( If not NEET then engineering), and she will be the only person to clear all the fees of the course. My father got engagaged with us again in 2021 when My mom buyed the flat as she required small probably 1L help for needs of chores but after 3 months,dad said that he can't bear all. Thus all responsibilities came in my mom's head. Now as I am growing and my mom suggested me to check the property details of my father after I get a college. Because, my dad is just my biological father and not more than that, he never considered me and my mom as priority and respect. Don't know but probably have a relationship with a relative (Aunt), she is having one boy (27) And a girl (25). Her husband is Central govt employee. They both always dominated my mom throughout.

Now the main point comes, My mom is assuming that the property could be transferred to those two elders and not me. I know people will say that to stop and make your own, I respect them and I will make everything mine but yes, after all he gave birth to me. So....

And my mom really doesn't want dad's property to go away from my hand. I don't know what he did or will do, but in multiple conversations, he mentioned that he will give to whom he thinks. I need suggestions about is their any chance or ways that I may not his property.
