How to get into Hydraulic Modelling?

I’m a Physics Graduate (UK) who completed a Post Graduate Certification in Education to become a teacher.

After deciding that life wasn’t for me, I have completed a data analysis course and have decided that Hydraulic Modelling could be an interesting option as a career - I did a couple of modules of modelling fluid flow during my degree and enjoyed them.

Is there any viable way to get into this without having any real experience or doing a masters qualification?
