Does this subreddit condone modding topics and how to mod a specific thing to Ragnarok?

I just joined recently and wanted to post a mod question but I’m making this post to hope get answers on if it’s okay to talk about modding before I do make that post, and if it’s alright to post it here and even on the other god of war subreddit

I did read the rules but I still wanted a double check if it’s alright
