Seeking advice for my next phase in Career

GNEM M23.

Joined as an Associate in a Big 4 Company in July 2025.

Due to Project shortage and utilization issues, I had been put on PIP, and currently facing the risk of termination.

I had scored around 95 Percentile in CAT 2025 and 90 Percentile in XAT 2026.

There are 2 options in front of me right now:

1. Search for a Job, either in another Service Based Company or start preparing for PSU
2. Stop looking for a Job, and give all my efforts towards CAT 2026 and XAT 2027

I am in dilemma as to which path should I choose, considering the fact that I do not have any financial issues as of now.
